Dear Friends of MIU,

As President, I am often asked to provide Presidential Scholarships (unfunded scholarships) to truly outstanding international students who want to enroll at MIU and devote their lives to becoming leaders of the Movement. Or, in some cases, to provide continuing support for those outstanding students who have lost their family support to continue their studies.

It is a joy for me to provide scholarships for such highly committed students, but it’s also a great challenge because our very tight budget can’t support more than a few such Presidential Scholarships each year—far short of the amount required to provide for these rare, future leaders.

Therefore, we are asking a few precious donors to contribute to a mini-scholarship fund with the goal of just $100,000. This new Presidential Scholarship Fund will be used at my discretion to support the most deserving students. This relatively modest amount of funding can be leveraged with other sources of aid to have maximum impact in allowing more of these select individuals to join us and pursue their dream of becoming leaders of our International Movement.
