Two years ago, a generous Trustee donor funded the creation of two beautiful Guest and Conference Centers—East and West. These have proved utterly indispensable. They are full- to-the-brim year-round with visiting prospective students and their parents, with Maharishi AyurVeda online students who travel here for clinical training, with low-residency students in our MFA Art and Screenwriting programs, with TM-Sidhi courses, and with students on weekend and week-long TM retreats and World Peace Assemblies.

One remaining, rather deficient element is the 60-year-old surrounding sidewalks—which are unsightly, unsafe, and for some, unnavigable. It would be so very nice to replace those ASAP!
